Our platform allows users to plan, optimize, and measure the performance of their online advertising with absolute ease and transparency.

Under the hood, the machine is built for speed: analysing hundreds of data points, processing hundreds of thousands of requests, and evaluating every single opportunity in milliseconds. Which isn’t even the hard part: making that complexity feel seamless for the people that use it.

Each quarter, every member of staff is encouraged to develop a personal goal, which your line manager or someone from another department can assist you with. In addition to this, we encourage everyone to attend relevant external seminars and workshops, or do additional reading, to help develop their skills.

Internal training and development run as part of our personal goal schemes as mentioned above. We also run a monthly Adtech-101 session for the whole team, to nurture everyone’s understanding of programmatic and digital marketing in general.

Additionally, the company intranet is a growing resource for any staff who want to independently broaden their knowledge of how programmatic technology works and what’s happening in the market.

External training to help staff in their role and future career is available and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We run quarterly Performance Reviews and annual Personal Development Plans to ensure that everyone has enough direction to fulfil the maximum potential of their role.

Eligibility for promotions and pay rises is assessed annually in line with each person’s performance throughout the year.

In line with the government’s pension laws, our pension scheme will start from 2017.

Our core working hours are 09:30 – 18:00. Flexible hours are available for those who need it.

There’s no such thing as a typical day in our office, but what new staff can expect is a warm welcome and lots of laughs. We have a unique culture, which comes directly from our multinational team of talented, passionate and caring people. No two people have the same skill set.
